Handcrafted with Care, Made to Last

At Moondrop Creations, every ring tells a story.

Each piece from my Molten Collection is individually handcrafted in my Canadian studio using the traditional lost wax casting technique. From sculpting the wax to the final finishing touches, every ring is thoughtfully created with love, care, and attention to detail.

I take great pride in the quality of my work, which is why I offer a 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all Molten rings, whether made in Sterling Silver, Solid 10k Gold, or Solid 14k Gold.

What's Covered

My complimentary 2-year warranty begins on the date your ring is delivered and covers manufacturing defects related to the craftsmanship of your piece, including:

• Defects in the casting or structural integrity of the ring
• Faulty soldering or construction
• Stone settings that become loose due to defective workmanship

If your ring develops a covered manufacturing defect within the warranty period, I will repair it at no charge. If a repair is not possible, I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

What's Not Covered

Handcrafted jewelry is meant to be worn and loved, and over time, even precious metals naturally show signs of wear.

The following are not covered by this voluntary craftsmanship warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and changes to the metal's finish
• Accidental damage, impacts, or improper handling
• Bent or misshapen bands caused by external pressure
• Lost or damaged gemstones resulting from accidental damage or normal wear
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or improper care
• Ring resizing or changes in finger size
• Damage resulting from repairs or alterations performed by another jeweler

The natural variations and organic textures that make each Molten ring unique are part of its handcrafted character and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to Request a Warranty Repair

If you experience an issue with your ring, please contact me with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs of your piece.

I will personally review your request and may ask you to return the ring for a closer inspection.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered by my craftsmanship warranty, the repair will be completed at no charge, including reasonable shipping costs associated with the warranty service.

Please contact me before sending your jewelry back so I can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Repairs Beyond the Warranty

My commitment to your jewelry doesn't end after two years.

Should your ring ever need a little extra care, I'm always happy to discuss repair, resizing, or refinishing options whenever possible. Fees may apply depending on the work required.
