PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing time
Processing time is calculated from the time you place your order.
Currently:
- Electroformed pieces: 3-4 weeks
- Molten (Silver & Solid Gold cast pieces) Collection: 4-5 weeks
- Custom orders: 5-6 weeks
Estimated shipping times
Regular shipping time is calculated after the Processing Time - when your piece is finished and ready to be shipped.
Canada: 5 - 10 days
United States: 5 - 10 days
United Kingdom: 10 - 21 days
Europe: 10 - 21 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15 - 30 days
I will do my very best to respect these shipping estimates, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I cannot guarantee them.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you would like to receive your piece sooner than indicated above, you will need to upgrade the shipping time upon checking out - you can do so by selecting the Express shipping option corresponding to your destination country. Prices vary according to your destination country.
Lost or damaged packages
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, all my packages are shipped with tracking and insurance - so we can help you file a claim for insurance. We are not responsible for customs delays for international orders. International packages are not considered lost until at least 45 days from shipment.
Tariffs, Customs and import fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees according to each country's policies. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order, making it uniquely yours. For this reason, returns for refunds are not accepted.
Exchanges may be offered* for another piece of equal value, and may be subject to a restocking fee based on the size and complexity of the piece.
To request an exchange, you must contact me within three (3) days of delivery. The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and shipped with tracking and insurance.
* Exchange Exceptions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Birthstone rings and necklaces
- All Custom Orders
- All Solid 10k and 14k Gold pieces from my Molten Collection
- Earrings (for sanitary reasons)
Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within three (3) days of purchase only

Once work has begun, a full refund is no longer possible.

If a cancellation is requested after production has started, a partial refund may be issued, with the following costs deducted:

Materials already used (gold, silver, gemstones)

Time spent on design, sourcing, and creation

These costs are calculated fairly based on the stage of completion.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your piece requires repair (for example, if a stone has come loose or fell off), you may return it within sixty (60) days of purchase for repair or resizing. Return shipping must include tracking and insurance. A reimbursement of up to $15 CAD for return shipping may be provided.

I am not responsible for lost, untracked and uninsured return packages. If the item is not returned in its original condition, or is altered in any way, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a loss of value, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

By using our website, you agree that Moondrop Creations may change its policies, terms and conditions on at any time and that posting those changes on our site will constitute sufficient notice of such changes.
Limitation of liability
